Our Services

  • Whether this is your first or fourth pregnancy, I’m here to help your body through each trimester. We’ll address your needs, even if they change each session. As an orthopedic and pelvic health specialist, I’m prepared to treat any area of your body that needs support though your pregnancy.

  • Bringing postpartum care to your home is why The Mobile Mama PT was born. During this formative time with your new baby, you’re my top priority. We will discuss your birth and assess your whole body after delivery. I treat it all after baby:

    stress and urge urinary incontinence

    fecal incontinence and urgency

    tailbone (coccyx) pain

    painful sex (dyspareunia)

painful or restricted perineal or cesarean scar tissue

    diastasis rectus abdominus (DRA)

    mommy thumb (De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis)

    neck and back pain

pelvic organ prolapse (cystocele, rectocele, uterine prolapse, urethrocele, enterocele)

  • Prepare for delivery with confidence. No matter your birth plan or medical needs, I’ll empower you to know your body like never before. In the comfort of your home, I’ll guide you, your partner, or your birth support team through the body’s changes in labor, delivery, and postpartum. I will help you optimize your positioning, discuss pain management, learn how to relax your pelvic floor, and breathe and push more effectively. After delivery we will meet again to discuss your birth and any necessary follow-up care.
